The Wisdom and Strength of God When Dealing with Our Problems
Our perspective is limited by time, emotion, and circumstance. We can only see the present moment, but God sees the whole picture—from beginning to end.
"O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!" — Romans 11:33 (KJV)
This means that even when we don’t understand why we are going through something, we can trust that God does. His wisdom surpasses human reasoning. He knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and how it will work together for our good (Romans 8:28).
When we try to carry the burden alone, we often make decisions based on fear or frustration. But when we seek God first, He gives us divine insight, discernment, and peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6–7).
God’s Strength Sustains Us
There are moments when the pain is too heavy, the confusion too deep, or the road too long. We say, “I can’t do this anymore.” And that’s exactly where God’s strength begins.
"My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)
When we are at our weakest, God’s power steps in—not to take us out of every hardship, but to carry us through it. His strength equips us to endure, to persevere, and to grow. It’s not about being strong enough on our own, but about learning to rely on His strength daily.
Whether it’s physical strength to get out of bed, emotional strength to forgive, or spiritual strength to keep believing—God provides what we need, moment by moment.
Problems Are Not Punishments—They Are Pathways
We often view our struggles as setbacks, but many times, they are setups for growth, healing, and deeper faith. Trials refine us, not ruin us.
"But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold." — Job 23:10 (KJV)
Problems teach us to depend on God. They strip away our pride and remind us of our need for the One who never fails. And in the process, God reveals more of Himself to us—His faithfulness, His comfort, His nearness.
Leaning on God’s Wisdom and Strength Daily
How do we tap into God's wisdom and strength when problems hit hard?
Pray honestly – Pour out your heart to Him, and ask for wisdom (James 1:5).
Read the Word – Let Scripture shape your thinking and remind you of His promises.
Worship through the pain – Praise invites His presence and lifts our perspective.
Wait patiently – Trust His timing, even when the answers aren’t immediate.
Surround yourself with faith – Fellowship with believers who will pray and encourage you.
Final Thought:
God never promised a life free from problems, but He promised His presence in the midst of them. When we surrender our struggles to His wisdom and lean on His strength, we find peace—not because the storm is over, but because we know the One who commands it.
So whatever you’re facing today, hold on. God is not just aware—He’s already working. And His wisdom and strength are more than enough.
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." — Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV)
